Tulum Sorted is a practical, English-language guide to living in Tulum and the wider Quintana Roo region. We help residents, property owners, and visitors find useful local services, useful community information, and clear instructions for everyday processes.

Because sometimes you just want to know how to pay your CFE bill, where to find a 24-hour pharmacy, what that government form is actually asking for, or where to go to get something done — without falling down a three-hour Facebook rabbit hole.

We don't translate Tulum. We help you navigate it in English.

When a process involves Spanish-language websites, forms, buttons, or official terminology, we'll show you what to look for and explain what it means in plain English. No fluent Spanish required to figure out which button you're supposed to click.

We research information using official sources whenever they're available, then add real local experience and community input — because the official instructions and what actually happens when you get there aren't always quite the same thing.

Things change around here. Offices move. Requirements change. Links stop working. Someone swears you need three copies when you actually need four. That's why we show when information was last updated & verified and make it easy to tell us when something needs updating.
