Pay your CFE electricity bill online, through the app, or at an authorized payment location.
Find it
Understand it
Have your 12-digit CFE service number or a recent bill ready.
Do it
- Open the official CFE payment page.
- Sign in or create an account and add your CFE service.
- Select Pagar or Pago en linea and confirm the amount due.
- Enter your payment information and complete the payment.
- Save your confirmation or receipt number.
Done
Keep your receipt or confirmation number. Check that the payment appears on the correct CFE account.
Other ways to pay
You can also pay through your Mexican bank's website or app by selecting Services or Pago de servicios and searching for CFE.
Pay in person at a CFE office, CFEmatico machine, participating bank or authorized store using your bill or service number.
Paying from outside Mexico?
Use the MiCFE website in a browser, or a service such as Xoom. American Express currently publishes support for CFE online; other foreign-issued cards may not be accepted, so have a backup method ready.
Power already disconnected?
Call CFE at 071 or visit a CFE customer-service center after paying, with your service number and payment confirmation. A reconnect fee may apply.
