Jorge Ballardo Rosales

I hired him to build a concrete kitchen counter and change the tiles of 2 bathrooms, he took almost a month to complete and he disappeared one week in the middle, he broke too many tiles, the showers were uneven, very dirty finishings, kitchen floor damaged with concrete and he didn’t finish, I had to hire another person to fix his mess.

Why: He’s unreliable and lies a lot to avoid responsibility

Payment: 50% Up Front
