Cleaners Tulum via Selena / Selina

Terrible and dishonest service. Paid for cleaning and multiple standard areas (shower, terrace, mopping floors) were just not done. Cleaners used the apartment to cook food and eat meals, leaving apartment smelling like cooked food. Stole cleaning supplies and equipment (broom).

Why: Poor quality, dishonest, work not completed. Numerous issues.
