Dr Ale has an amazing skillset, hampered deeply by awful care and attention to her clients. I was referred to her by a friend. The first meeting was chaotic, having three of us share a session where no structure was present. Because it was Tulum, I rolled with it, but that should’ve been the first red flag. Regardless, she claimed I had multiple worms (I did) and added all three of us to a WhatsApp group. The group was chaos. People asking questions. Some getting answers, others being ignored. At this point, her website didn’t seem to work (it’ll publicly display who has a meeting with her), and the downloadable info she sent me barely made sense. We actually set up hour own group to translate and make sense of the gibberish. Eventually, we were asking her questions critical to our programs and being ignored or spoken to rudely! She was calling people (me included) abusive. She continued to ignore people in critical stages like a friend whose Raynaulds flared up during the process! She seemed to project that asking direct, detail-focused questions was a form of abuse, when all we - and about 30 others sought - was clarity. Eventually, she seemed to randomly invite me back to the group and a few others, but at this point it was three weeks after, and I’d moved forward with the parasite cleanse with incomplete info and seemingly made it to the other end with what little info I had. I told her why I was disappointed and left the group. She DMd me after accusing me of posting a damaging document she actually posted. - the document was a spreadsheet I sent to only her, directly, and said it was my translation of her Spanish documents AND THAT SHE SHOULD CHECK IT FIRST BEFORE SHARING IT. She didnt, then she posted it, then somehow blamed me. She is a knowledgeable doctor, but ultimately in no shape to help people meaningfully. This is the first time I’ve met someone so brilliant, yet so utterly inept at the “care” part of medical care, leaving groups of us in limbo with half-info and messy diagnosises and care. My genuine hope is she sees herself more clearly, gets help, charges enough to hire an assistant, and can finally give her best, giving clear instruction and support that this kind of help needs. For now, I regret that I do not recommend her.

Why: A mess. Unorganized, abusive, delusional. Well-meaning and abandons people when they most need her knowledge.
