Ka'an pet hotel

We had and amazing experience at Ka'an Pet hotel, my dogs (we have 3) had a fantastic day at the hotel, all the staff was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

I have 2 Rottweilers, I took them there as puppies around March 2023 and stopped going because the vet they had. I tried again in December 2023, they stayed 1 night and both came back with diarrhea, the female had a skin infection “pioderma” and the male was coughing very bad, first I thought it was dog’s flu, took him to the vet twice and we realized they have hurt his trachea by pulling his chain the wrong way. I told them when I picked them up why they had ropes and the staff is not qualified to handle large breed dogs. They’re not aggressive and respond to commands, no need to pull them like that.

Why: Not for large breed dogs, it’s dangerous for them and other dogs, also it’s too dirty, there’s better places.
