They will NOT take care of your property. They do not do maintenance, they will kill your plants, and they will not be responsive. You will have to deal with multiple people, changing constantly, because of their bad retention. When we finally got the property back from them, they lost access to our locks, and then, in order to get them back, I had to contact people that had left the company, and blackmail me to get them back. Our property needed SO MUCH repair work from the lack of attention. Our guests complained about the lack of communication, no hot water (didn't get gas), not very clean, among the most popular complaints.
