Manuel, has worked for us repairing things for two years now, he's done electrical, plumbing and tile, he always comes and completes the work requires some funds upfront but he also has came back if something goes wrong with the work he has done which has only happened once for us. He doesnt do the work all himself he has a team but he ensures its completed.
Why: Reliable and knowledgeable re electrical/plumbing fixing leaks and tile work
