Called him for a broken pump while my original guy could not get there for a week. Oscar came recommended me a different pump from what I already had, was not able to figure out how to install left our clients without water for two days. Had to bring in another guy to tell him how to do it. After paying him and thinking everything was OK common area maintenance told us that there was a leak, and when I sent someone else there was five leaks throughout his ceiling of the pipes. Completely unacceptable work and unaware of what he is doing.. not to mention he is charging much more than other plumbers.
